Criminal trial for Henderson councilwoman postponed

Cox’s trial was initially scheduled to begin Oct. 19. But District Court Judge Nadia Krall granted a request from Cox’s attorney Joshua Tomsheck to move the trial start date to Feb. 8, 2027.
