1. Your account

  • One person, one account, with an email address you actually use.
  • Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • Nicknames may not pretend to be another person or organization.

2. Community rules

So everyone can talk comfortably, please do not post:

  • insults, harassment, hate speech or threats
  • anything illegal, scams, or fake listings and job posts
  • sexual content or graphic violence
  • spam, repeated posts, or advertising that is not labeled (businesses can use the Businesses board or book an ad)
  • other people's personal information (phone numbers, addresses, photos) without their permission
  • other publishers' articles or other people's photos copied without permission

Rental and job listings must follow fair housing and employment laws. Reviews should describe only your own, honest experience.

3. What you post

You keep the rights to what you post. You allow the site to show it, free of charge, on the site and in a way that can be found by search engines and shared. You are responsible for what you post.

4. Moderation

Admins may hide or remove posts that break these rules and may suspend accounts that keep breaking them. Use the Report button to point out a post or comment.

5. News

Stories from other publishers are credited and linked to the original; full text appears only where the publisher allows it. Articles written by VegasTina may not be copied without permission.

6. Ads and sponsored content

Ads and sponsored posts are labeled as such. Advertisers are responsible for their ads, and the site does not endorse the products or services advertised.

7. Accuracy and dealings between members

Restaurant details, listings, job posts and reviews come from members and outside sources and may be wrong or out of date. Check for yourself before you rely on them. The site is not a party to dealings between members.

8. Limits of responsibility

The site is provided as it is, without a promise that it will always be available. To the extent the law allows, the site is not responsible for losses that come from using it, from what members post, or from dealings between members.

9. Changes

When these terms change, the new version is posted on this page with a new date. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
