Autopsy reveals cause of death for man who died in jail after arrest for wife's 2006 death
David Vander Meer, 48, was found dead in the Clark County Detention Center shortly after his arrest for the 2006 death of his then-wife Bernadette. An autopsy has since revealed how he died.
