A Las Vegas physician has admitted to Medicaid fraud and is expected to be sentenced next month. Neri Maria Blanco-Cuevas has a history of complaints and settlements dating back nearly 20 years, while the Nevada Board of Medical Examiners allowed her to practice medicine.
